The Benefit Manager is responsible for managing, facilitating, and executing the Genus health & welfare plans for the US and Canada. This position reports to the HR Shared Services Manager and offers a great opportunity for someone to expand or build upon their Benefit knowledge within the North America and Latin America region. This role develops/designs, negotiates, implements, and administers all company benefit plans including leave administration. This individual works with internal and external auditors, consultants, third party administrators, brokers, carriers, and providers. They ensure compliance with all legal obligations of various employee benefit programs and manages regulatory filings and disclosure requirements.
