Under limited supervision, the coordinator is responsible for managing training and development programs for employees and/or customers. May also coordinate the use of externally-developed training programs. The Learning and Development Coordinator focus specializes in designing and delivering training programs which support employee development and/or customers. Responsibilities often include programs specific to employee performance, satisfaction, career and leadership development, and succession planning.
JOB DUTIES
•Coordinates all logistics with setting up training opportunities for responsible area.
•Creates LIVE vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS).
•Records those events and publishes on Exceed for self-paced, on-demand training.
•Organizes Vendor Schools at Manufacturing Facilities for Trainees and others employees.
•Attends/Audits classes.
•Plans Training Events at Motion Facilities (Employees and Customers).
•Supports other Learning and Development Programs and Initiatives as needed.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically required a bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) to five (5) years of experience or the equivalent combination. Experience must include managing internal/external relationships on behalf of an organization.
