As a Supply Chain Analyst with GCG, you will apply strong data analysis skills and a keen business sense to address supply chain challenges and foster informed business decision-making that ultimately strengthens customer and vendor relationships! You will bridge the gap between GCG’s operations and IT departments by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources and transforming that data into insights that promote supply chain efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Collect supplier and sales trend data from multiple ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle and Rubicon
• Leverage MS Excel, Access, and Power BI to organize, analyze, and transform that data into cohesive, actionable reports
• Utilize report results and business insight to make recommendations that enable supply chain efficiency and process improvements
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and operations management to implement improvements that enhance product and service delivery
• Contribute to additional supply chain related projects and activities as needed

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 to 10 years of supply management experience with a strong focus on data analysis
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency with SQL, MS Office Suite and Power Platform, specifically Excel, Access, and Power BI
• Previous in-depth experience with ERP system required; previous experience with Oracle, Rubicon, and / or Epicor P21 a huge plus
• Comfort with the dynamic and changing work environment of a rapidly expanding company
• A strong data orientation and a natural inclination for process improvement
