Are you tired of feeling burned out or underappreciated? Looking for a team culture that truly makes you want to come to work in the morning? Then you should check out Gentle Vet Animal Hospital! We strive to be different than other hospitals by being employee focused and career driven. We dedicate ourselves to constant learning and improvement and have found that the best way to manage our team to is give them the training they need and let them make their own decisions on how to provide the best patient care and customer service. We don’t hinder our team by micromanaging them because when we hire great people, the best approach as managers is to get out of their way and let them be great.
We strive to prioritize the work-life balance of our staff and make sure that when you join our team, you have the resources needed to thrive in all aspects of your life. To promote a healthy work-life harmony, our schedule is balanced to avoid late nights or weekend hours. We understand time with your family and/or friends is important, and we strive to enhance both aspects of your life!
You will also gain experience with and care for a wide array of animals. We see about 40-50% exotics, and partnerwith an animal sanctuary and local zoo! In addition to the ongoing training our technicians’ experience with our unique patients, each technician is encouraged to give feedback regarding their training. Our checklists and training procedures constantly evolve with employee input to make them as effective as possible as we continue to grow and progress as a hospital.
All members on our team are leaders and are supported in directing their own daily productivity as we work together to provide our excellent care. You may work at several hospitals in your career, but we don’t think you will find another one with the culture and exposure to unique cases we do. We are growing and helping more patients every month and want great people to be a part of that. If this sounds like the home, you have been looking for we would love to talk to you.
