Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager Compliance to join our team. This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for cost savings as well as new organizational design components to transform compliance and risk reduction.

• Manage annual Compliance education process, to include, create, revise, and manage communication.
• Manage Compliance Department Web Page, to include design, update, and posting of policies and transmittals, and recorded web-based trainings by the Compliance Department.
• Track annual compliance education completions, analyze trends, and provide reporting to Compliance Leadership.

About You

• Bachelors degree in Nursing, Business, or related field
• Requires 5 years experience in procurement or vendor relations in a health care industry, business, or public policy environment
• Able to work effectively with high level executive management team building strong relationships across business groups
