Overview
We are looking for an Billing Manager to join our team. This position will report directly to the Director of Billing and is responsible for leading and planning the Billing operations for a 15 person department in a corporate office with staff across multiple states and time zones.
Ensure that the organization can submit accurate claims and collections in accordance with all third party contract terms including, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, commercial insurance and direct patient pay.
Designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures
Streamlining effective billing process across multiple markets and managing by metrics
About You
- College degree in accounting, finance, business management, technology or healthcare administration/management
- Experience leading remote staff preferred
- Experience with Revenue Cycle preferred
- Homecare HomeBase experience preferred
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
