Your Role The Accounting Analyst role is a critical role within the Firm’s Controllership function and key member of the global finance team. The role requires a highly motivated and ambitious person who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment. Technical accounting expertise and unquestioned integrity, as well as excellent verbal and written skills are required for this high-profile role. What You Will Do Lead and support the project accounting community across the firm Support global revenue management and reporting, and new system enhancements Support studio leaders in managing Budget and forecasts Support payroll accounting process Participate in finance transformation robotic and process enhancement initiatives Participate/or lead project work as needed to support and develop our core financial systems Assist in global real estate lease administration Document and update processes and workflows Support the Treasury, Tax, Legal and Financial Planning & Analysis teams on a regular basis Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field 7 years of accounting experience Experience in the A/E/C industry or other professional services firms is preferred but not required Experience with Deltek Vision Systems or similar ERP is a plus Advanced Excel Skills is required Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment, and produce accurate and timely deliverables Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships across the project accounting community Flexibility to take calls out of normal working hours as needed, in order to accommodate the time zones of our international operations and staff Trouble Shooting and Problem solving for Finance issues that come up from both Project Accountants and Regional leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead, challenge and positively influence teams. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and other regulatory frameworks, and internal controls. Experience with annual financial audits. Superior communication skills (written and verbal) including a proven ability to engage with senior leadership.
