Your Role Gensler’s Strategic Accounts Hub is looking for an Account Specialist to provide support for several high-profile, confidential client accounts. We are seeking a professional, motivated, and team-first individual to join the Firmwide Client Relationships studio. In this position, you will work with a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to innovative problem solving and design excellence. What You Will Do Assist the account leadership team with day-to-day account management and strategic planning Track active projects for the client accounts firm-wide Track new opportunities for the client accounts firm-wide Maintain client account dashboards for review of financials and overall account activities Create account financial status reports Research and analyze potential markets and opportunities Track talent in support of the client accounts firm-wide Support onboarding new client account team members, including facilitating client site and network access Drive coordination of marketing efforts Assist with coordination/completion of various complex compliance routines required by the client in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Support project teams with various billable aspects of projects such as: Coordinate and attend account meetings, transcribe and distribute meeting notes Assist in preparing client presentations Maintaining complete and thorough account documentation and records Serves as the go-to resource for account information, taking ownership in their work. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing, or communications. Minor or interest in architecture, design, planning or related fields is desirable. 3 years of project or client account coordination and/or administrative professional experience, preferably in an architecture or design firm. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop Experience with Tableau a plus Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive and Teams. Knowledge of Salesforce preferred Extreme attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize required Must be organized, efficient and enjoy working with nationally and globally distributed teams Able to work independently with minimal guidance, and a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership in their work and is the go-to resource for account information Keenly aware of and compliant with confidentiality requirements and NDAs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
