Summary:
- Seeking a Senior UX Designer.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about their craft, sweats the details, and has great organization and communication skills to support the client's knowledge team.
- You will be responsible for creating and exploring flows and interactions for new features, creating detailed specs, prototypes, and presentations.
- You will work alongside other designers, product managers, and engineers working from SF, LA, NYC and Zurich, to ensure that we are addressing critical user needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (design, UX, HCI, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years' experience with UX design (information architecture, user flows, object states, motion and transitions) for tools/content management software.
- Experience working with platform conventions and constraints on Web, Android, iOS Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges.
- Experience working within and established design system; ability to develop new patterns within the system.
- Expert knowledge of Figma Proficiency with corp-approved prototyping tools like Principle, Protopie, with Google docs/slides/sheets.
- Experience working with component-based UI systems.
- Closely follows directions and works within established product/department guidelines.
- Strong understanding of image and video formats, file-size optimization, and asset production techniques.
- Works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Desired:
- After Effects Experience.
- Experience working with responsive layouts (breakpoints, fluid grids).
