The Barista Associate performs essential food service functions, including preparation/serving of specialty coffee and food items, stocking of supplies, assisting residents and guests, along with other various food service duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Director of Dining Services and provides help on food service activities.
• Keeps work and service area in a safe, sanitary, and orderly manner.
• Setup/cleanup of cafe and dining room for meals and special events.
• Assists residents and guests in the dining room including making coffee, carrying trays and filling drinks.
• Delivers to and picks up meals from residents’ apartments when needed.
• Follows all safety and sanitation standards set by the company, state, and federal agencies.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift 50 pounds

Part-Time/ Full-Time

Starting Hourly Rate: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
