Generations Home Care is Hiring a Direct Support Professional Near Waite, MN
**We do NOT have independent clients. Candidates must be able to complete direct cares with male and female residents, which includes bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, etc.**
Join our staff at our Waite Park, St. Joseph and Sartell locations!
We provide 24-hour support to adults in a nurturing and home-like setting. Our dedicated team of professionals plan and deliver individualized care, focusing on the unique needs and personality of each person.
Positions Available:
Full-time evening position, hours are 3pm-11pm. Position is scheduled 32 hours a week, which all include an every other weekend rotation.
**WOULD PREFER CANDIDIATES WITH MENTAL HEALTH EXPERIENCE**
Occasionally we have Full-Time positions available, please reach out for more information! Employees are welcome to cross-train to multiple locations for more hours! Overtime is permitted!
Hire Bonus as followed:
$50 - 30 days
$100 - 90 days
$150 - 180 days
$300 - 365 days
*Position specific qualifications include:
Applicants must be 18 years of age
Applicants must be able to pass a background check
Applicants must live in the local or surrounding area and have reliable transportation to work
Prefer applicants to have at least 6 months of direct care experience with hands-on care in Assisted Living, Nursing Home or Group Home setting.
Applicants with direct care experience in Assisted Living, Nursing Home or Group Home preferred but not required**
**Must be willing and able to complete direct cares with male and female residents
