General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Property Manager for our apartment communities in the Carrboro, NC area!
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall success of an apartment community
- Maintain occupancy and budget
- Provide outstanding customer service to Residents and guests
- Oversee the Leasing team and Service Supervisor
To be a top candidate:
- Must have at least 3 years’ of Property Management experience
- Have excellent sense of time management
- Be self motivated by the success of others
- Be business minded, goal oriented, and lead by example
