Sales Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and direct them to the appropriate department.

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.

• Input customer data into customer management system.

• Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.

• Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.

• Conduct general administrative duties.

• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Prior office experience is a preferred.• Must have excellent organizational skills. • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment . • Proficient working knowledge of Outlook and computers. • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
