This is a full-time, in office position based out of our Wixom, MI office.

Responsibilities

• You will reconcile credit card statements for company and employee credit cards.
• Verify and investigate discrepencies.
• Work with expense accounts and cost centers.
• Creating and managing of purchase orders.
• Work with multiple department in multiple locations.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Issue checks to select vendors on a daily basis.
• Review select monthly statements for accuracy.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required. Associates degree a plus.
• Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail a must.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Reader.
• Must possess strong typing and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
