Service Level Technician Level 1 – Level 3

Position Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Service Technician (Level I, Level 2, or Level 3) with experience working with systems and processes. The ideal candidate enjoys all things mechanical, has a strong desire to figure things out, and enjoys ensuring systems are installed correctly and equipment in functioning properly.

Pay is based on experience and technical background qualifications.

Your Day to Day:

• Skillfully install environmental monitoring systems
• Methodically calibrate and service CO2 monitoring systems
• Strategically conduct preventive maintenance for customers
• Monitor CO2 metering
• Effectively and efficiently execute service requests 
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Safely travel to customer locations
• Other duties as assigned

• Mechanically inclined, preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strives to be a team player, but excels working independently 
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Desire to learn and grow (Cryogenic Service Technician (Level II and III)) 
• Drive to individually compete, while still being a fantastic team player.
• Clean MVR
• High School Education
• Be able to stand on your feet 7 to 8 hours a day with lots of walking, twisting, grasping, sitting, and repetitive motions bending, reaching, pushing/pulling.
• Frequent lifting of 10-20lbs is required, may at times life up to 75 lbs.
• Reoccurring pushing/pulling 150lbs.
• Ability to work indoor/outdoor with hot summer and cold winter conditions where high noise levels are possible.
• Ability to drive along the front range.
