Gemini is looking for an experienced customer service representative. We are a wholesale manufacturer of promotional items. You will be responsible for communicating directly with our customers via, phone, email and text. You must be skilled with computers and various operating systems, possess very good phone skills, be proficient with the English language, be organized and able to multi task.

Experience with customers or a call center is required. We are looking for candidates who take pride in their work and attendance. Quality is expected in this professional office environment.

Position is full time Monday through Friday. Hours are between 8am - 5pm with occasional overtime as needed. A competitive benefit package is included including vacations, holidays, 401K and medical insurance options.

Compensation is based on your experience and abilities. Starting pay is $16 to $17.00/hour, depending on previous expeience.
