Marketing Associate About this Opportunity As a Marketing Associate, you'll provide program management in support of Geiger and DatesWeiser's marketing and sales communications to all audiences. You will manage and support marketing and sales programs and projects from concept to delivery, including presentations and on-brand content. What You'll Do You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as you . . . Establish and manage project schedules and support Marketing with all ongoing campaigns and product launches. Establish overall program objectives and facilitate ongoing program improvement. Support Sales teams with presentations, RFP responses and various external marketing request. Support marketing in the development and delivery of marketing-related communications to the selling teams. Identify and coordinate multiple resources, including Writers, Editors, Designers, Illustrators, Product Managers, Production Managers, and composition/printing vendors to ensure high-quality project results. Lead project teams in the development, production, and introduction of communication tools. Maintain all Geiger and DatesWeiser samples including inventory for showrooms and ordering for Sales teams and clients. Maintain labeling and all marketing on samples. Maintain digital and asset management. Maintain library of regionally specific content; Partner with regional sales leads to identify and prioritize content needs. Participate in program teams to explore further marketing and sales support methods and improve existing development, production, distribution, and feedback processes. Manage miscellaneous projects. Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. Sound Like You? You might be just who we’re looking for if you have . . . A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in marketing or sales management. A broad knowledge of marketing processes. Leadership capabilities and project team experience. A working knowledge of Apple hardware and software. Excellent interpersonal management and problem-solving skills. Excellent planning, organization, and written/oral communication skills. Technical knowledge of graphic arts and print production processes. The ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in the Geiger and DatesWeiser office environment.
