Now Hiring - Awards and Apparel Manager

The Arc Wayne of Newark, NY, a Human Services Agency, is hiring an organized and detail oriented full-time, Awards and Apparel Manager for our business to oversee the daily operations of the Awards and Apparel business, ensuring quality and profitability.

Awards and Apparel Manager Responsibilities:

• Performs and supervises the screen-printing, embroidery and engraving activities
• Provides supervision to all employees Awards and Apparel employees
• Trains staff on the performance of screen-printing, embroidery and engraving activities
• Writes accurate and complete quotes for services
• Designs, monitors and adheres to program budget
• Cooperates with the Marketing Representative to develop new business
• Works with the business office to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of all transactions
• Ensures the proper maintenance of equipment
• Ensures an exemplary degree of customer service in all interactions
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or other supervisors in the chain of command

Awards and Apparel Manager Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 am 4 pm with flexibility to meet program needs

Work Location: Newark, NY / Wayne County

Awards and Apparel Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform and teach screen-printing, embroidery and engraving duties
• Two years' supervisory experience
• Two years' customer service experience
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to use the business programs
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and customer service skills
