Training would be expected to be developed and facilitated for Office 365 current and new applications, as well as new technologies available for NIH stakeholders, including NIH researchers and clinicians. Responsibilities: Contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific training projects. Provides solutions to a variety of training programs of moderate scope and complexity. Plans and designs instructional methods and materials. Identifies and recommends training and design solutions to develop program management curricula/programs. Conducts on-site, virtual and/or in-house training classes, seminars, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises and discussion groups for customers and/or employees. Coordinates the development of measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions. Maintains current knowledge of relevant training and technology as assigned with a focus on O365 applications and updates. Create custom training requested by the NIH Institutes and Centers Schedule quarterly regularly scheduled courses offered by the Technology Training Program Facilitate 10 - 12 training sessions a month Coordinate one on one consultation with end users, as needed Preference for local candidates as the team is primarily remote but potential for onsite work pending customer needs Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of training or teaching experience Must have strong background in Office365 application and/or training Advanced research skills Ability to create new and modify existing curriculum Desired Skills: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2 years of training or teaching experience Ability to facilitate training virtually Strong PowerPoint skills Strong presentation skills Strong Communication skills Strong Organizational skills The likely salary range for this position is $64,000 - $96,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
