Gayco Healthcare is looking for a customer care technician responsible for superior customer service to all Gayco Healthcare customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position answers multi-line phones, takes care of the callers' needs and routing calls appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS
Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred. FrameworkLTC and EMR experience is a plus. Must be computer literate with excellent keyboarding skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong math and analytical skills.
