GATR Truck Center is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk (SR) Near Sauk Rapids, MN

GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk in our SAUK RAPIDS MN location. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Are you looking to further your career with a company that values you? If so, read on!
PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in every job completed
- Acquire vendor invoices from vendor sites or email and save into M-Files System
- Process vendor invoices for several large vendor accounts matching PO #'s to parts reference #'s
- Submit correspondence to parts managers or appropriate personnel as necessary
- Post accounts payable entries for each vendor invoice processed
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Process payment of vendor statements monthly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accounting Associates Degree or minimum of 2 years' experience in the field or related area
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Office, Word
- Mathematical or Accounting aptitude
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle simultaneous projects
