Overview
Gates Hudson is seeking a Part-Time Fianance Manager to join our growing Services Department. This role is part-time with a flexible schedule of 24 hours a week. If you are interested, apply today!
Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance VP/Director of Operations and assistant VP through management and analysis of all financial activities.
- Maintain accounting system.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheet.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Offer recommendations to VP in making financial decisions.
- Investigate ways to improve profitability.
- Maintains accurate filing and record keeping for all financial statements and documents.
- Prepare and review accounts payable reports.
- Prepare and review accounts receivable reports.
- Prepare, review, and submit draw packages for ownership groups.
- Oversee all billing, including, but not limited to AIA billing.
- Assist corporate accounting department with month end closing.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable and setting up jobs in accounting system.
- Provide financial guidance and financial statements to VP as requested.
