Under the direction of the Director of Training and Development, the Operations Trainer is responsible for the onsite training of the facilitation, delivery, and assessment of the company’s internal training and staff development programs in accordance with company initiatives and strategies. The Operations Trainer will conduct all business in accordance with Gates Hudson’s established policies and procedures, all Federal, State, County and Local Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
