Job Title: Junior Project Manager Reports to: Sr. Project Manager Effective Date: September 15, 2022 Job Summary:Responsible for the overall management of projects, professionally representing Gate as the liaison between the contractor, architect, engineer, and the owners. Keeping them up to date on all aspects of the project. Duties/Responsibilities:Include contract review after hand-off from sales, coordination with engineering/drafting for timely drawing submittals and RFI responses, monitoring schedules including templating and installation. Confirming site logistics and conditions are ready for installation and managing outside subcontractors while protecting Gate’s financial interests and ensuring the finished product meets Gate’s high-quality standards. Required Skills/Abilities: · A positive, proactive personality & an approachable team player with superb time-management skills is critical.· Must be able to efficiently and effectively multi-task and prioritize in a high volume environment.· Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, architecture, business administration; or equivalent combination of education and project management experience. · Management skills, verbal proficiency, excellent writing skills, and superior communication abilities are a must.· Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word. Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Rhino preferred. LEED AP is a plus. · Some travel may be required. Salary commensurate with experience.
