Gastro Health is currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time Insurance Verification Representative to join our team!

Our Insurance Verification Representatives interact with patients and insurance companies daily, and they provide valuable customer service to our patients. Our Gastro Health family can go home at the end of the day knowing they made a positive difference in our patients’ lives.

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

• Obtaining benefits and authorizations for Diagnostic Testing and Procedures.
• Provide telephonic support for our patients: routing calls, taking messages and setting appointments.
• Coordinate all aspects of authorizations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 years experience with obtaining imaging benefits and authorizations
• Knowledge of Insurance and medical terminology required
• Computer proficiency required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
