Full Job Description

HR Recruiter

$45,000-$65,000 Annual Pay

Location: Fargo, ND

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Define and execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations.

· Develop sourcing strategies based on position requirements.

· Lead and coordinate college career fairs; including registration, travel arrangements, collateral shipping, booth setup and staffing.

· Maintain EEO compliance in recruiting process; assist with AAP reporting annually.

· Participate in on-boarding process with new hires.

· Assist in other areas of HR as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

· BS degree in Business, HR or equivalent.

· Minimum of two years recruiting experience; five years preferred.

· Demonstrated knowledge in using standard sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines.

· Must have outstanding communication skills, including phone interviewing skills.

· Strong sourcing skills (electronically and networking) with ability to develop creative approaches to generate leads.

· Strong interpersonal skills; both written and oral with ability to market organization & negotiate opportunities.

· Demonstrated candidate relationship management skills.

· Positive teamwork orientation; strong organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
