Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 8 years of experience in a relevant IT operational support position.
• 3 years of experience supporting one or more of the following:
• DataPower
• App Connect Enterprise / IIB
• API Connect
• OpenShift/Kubernetes; IBM Cloud Pak products a plus.
• Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence
• Experience supporting full lifecycle of the infrastructure platform, including the following:
• Deploying new physical and virtual DataPower appliances
• Firmware updates
• Migrating between form factors
• Managing certificates and related objects
• Troubleshooting configuration and operational issues

Preferred:

• Automation capability using shell, python, ansible, or similar.
• 3 years of experience with Linux CLI, experience parsing through log files to troubleshoot issues.
• Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools.
