Garbologist, LLC is Hiring a Roll Off Driver Near Fort Myers, FL

Job Requirements:

  • Follow delivery instructions and complete paperwork accurately in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all DOT regulations are followed as well as company policies and procedures
  • Pre and Post trip vehicles and report any mechanical items and safety issues to dispatch
  • Safely drive the truck to and from location to load and/or unload equipment as required for the job
  • Operate hoists and winches to lift and pull loads
  • Monitor equipment gauges and indicators to verify load position
  • Load and unload materials using equipment and machines and properly secure to the trailer
  • Repair, maintain, and adjust equipment, using hand tools

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Class A or B CDL
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years of CDL driving experience
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years winch experience
  • Roll off experience preferred
  • Must be at least 25 years old
  • Able to lift 75lbs
  • Safe driving history- no major violations on MVR or PSP in the last 5 years such as a DUI
  • Pass DOT drug test
  • Speak, write, read, and understand English
  • Flexible schedule (may include nights and will be weekends)
  • Able to work outside for long periods of time
