We are currently looking for a Catering Coordinator that will treat our catering business as if it their own. The Catering Coordinator will often receive tips from their clients, giving the CC a great opportunity to earn a lot more $$$! This position is all about building relationships with your restaurant team, local businesses and individuals within the community.

What Youll Do:

• Maintain Extensive knowledge of the brand, the ingredients & the menu.
• Build a new client base while keeping older clients engaged.
• Working with the Restaurant Management Team to coordinate needs for upcoming catering orders. This may include Additional food products to be ordered or additional staffing.
• Drive catering sales through marketing, making phone calls and educating our everyday guest base about catering.
• Working with your team on the daily needs of the restaurant. Working on the production line, prep area(s) and helping the restaurant wherever needed.
• Operating a financially successful restaurant by managing catering food waste. Profit provides possibility.
• Take initiative and be self-sufficient and self-motivated.
• Ensuring food safety standards are high priority. Taking pride in an extremely clean restaurant.
• Opening the restaurant, arriving early or staying late if catering orders require it.

What Youll Need:

• A hospitality driven personality and an attitude that is guest focused.
• Prefer 3 Years of Restaurant experience. Minimum 1 Year of restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of safety protocols they relate to baking equipment, hot surfaces and cutlery.
• Must be able to stand / work on feet for extended periods of time & lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
• Basic Computer Skills required. Microsoft Word, Excel & programs specific food ordering etc.
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Vehicle for delivery of orders.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
