What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member / Cashier position at GARBANZO MEDITERRANEAN FRESH - WATERTOWN?
Brief Summary of Position:
We are currently looking for people who have a great personality and enjoy having fun while working hard! Team members exhibit phenomenal hospitality and lightning speed in everything they do and aren’t afraid to get a little dirty.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver the highest quality of guest service each day.
- Drive sales through great operations and guest service.
- Work on the production line, prep area(s) and helping wherever needed.
- Ensure the least amount of food waste each day: understanding that profit provides possibility.
- Learn to work in all possible positions within the restaurant.
- Ensure food safety standards are high priority. Taking pride in an extremely clean restaurant.
- Stuff lots of Pitas!
What You’ll Need:
- Experience not necessary.
- Hospitality driven personality! We can teach anyone how to make food, but we can’t teach everyone great guest service.
- The ability to effectively communicate with everyone in the restaurant.
- Must be able to stand / work on feet for extended periods of time and able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
