Summary
The primary objective of the development manager is to assist with Gamma Phi Beta’s fundraising efforts, with the goal of meeting the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation’s (Foundation) fundraising goals. The development manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the donor lifecycle for Foundation donors, with an emphasis on major gifts. The development manager collaborates with the chief development officer, Foundation Board of Trustees (Trustees) and development volunteers to implement fundraising plans and donor engagement strategies for Gamma Phi Beta.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; three to five years of related experience. Experience in the areas of relationship building, solicitation, stewardship, fundraising, portfolio management and data segmentation skills preferred.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Microsoft 365 suite and membership database software (iMIS).

Business-Related Contacts International Headquarters staff, International Council, Foundation Board of Trustees, Facilities Management Company Board of Managers, Sorority members, Sorority volunteers and interfraternal peers.
Location
This position is eligible for a remote work schedule.
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and location. The hiring range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Gamma Phi Beta offers a full benefits package with an excellent paid-time off package that includes 12 days of vacation plus sick time, personal days, holidays and two weeks of additional paid-time off over the office’s winter break. Benefits include health, life, disability, vision and dental insurance coverage and participation in Gamma Phi Beta’s 401(k) plan after a year of eligible service.
