Gamber-Johnson LLC, an award-winning industry leader in the manufacturing of mobile and proAV mounting solutions trusted to be “Rugged, Reliable, and Responsive,” is looking for a Engineering Technician to join our operations team.

What You’ll Do:

As an Engineering Technician, you will work with Manufacturing Engineers, Production Leads, and Design Engineers to help support product launches, changes, and improvements. Working collaboratively with the team, you have the opportunity to help develop and maintain processes that are key in assuring our products continually outperform the competition.

Responsibilities:

  • New Product Introduction (NPI) process management and system setup.
  • Product Change Notification (PCN) system changes.
  • Coordinate preproduction builds with various departments.
  • Perform time studies.
  • Update/maintain Operator instructions.
  • Enter purchase requisitions.
  • Data analysis for cost reductions and/or Kaizens.
  • Create and maintain Engineering files.
  • Participate in team problem solving, process improvement, and decision-making.
