GAMA-1 Technologies is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Silver Spring, MD

GAMA-1 is hiring is a Program Analyst in support of a Federal contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The successful candidate will sit on a small team of facilities and IT professionals which support the enterprise’s data center infrastructure across the United States. This position reports to the Project Manager and is intended to assist in creating efficiencies across program. The Program Analyst will input/update entries into the Nuvolo ServiceNow platform and provide reports or requested data extracted from the Nuvolo platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The candidate will require knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Create, update, closeout Nuvolo tickets based on team requests
  • Provide data and/or reports on status of Nuvolo tickets
  • Ensure tickets are being managed within a reasonable timeline
  • Compile monthly reports on statistics of ticket statuses
  • Compile month status reports (MSRs) from team members to submit for managerial review 
  • Creating and implementing data management collection techniques through ServiceNow
  • Analyzing data to determine better and more efficient ways to serve the customer
  • Identifying program needs based on data collected and analyzed
  • Participating in strategic planning meetings
  • Ensuring that all changes in programs and outcomes are well documented
  • Performing data validation and implementing quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Some ServiceNow experience
  • Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills
  • Works independently and within the framework of a team with minimum assistance
  • Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • ITILv3 Foundations
  • MCSE, MCP or A certifications preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Nuvolo preferred
