The Active Systems division adheres to a 9/80 work schedule, with every other Friday off. In a two-week period, employees will work 9 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, the first week Friday is an 8-hour workday, while the second week Friday is off.
PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES:
The Director, Program Management is responsible for the management of Galvion’s Active Systems Business Unit programs and projects. Focused on Warfighter Power and Data Management solutions, the Director, Program Management is responsible for the control and execution of projects and programs across cost, schedule, and performance for the full life cycle of the program. The Director, Program Management is responsible for program and project planning from bid/capture through execution. They are responsible for the Program Management Office (PMO) to include resource planning for the PMO, templates and governance associated with program excellence. The Active Systems PMO executes strategic initiatives developed during short and long term planning cycles.
