- Order and install small maintenance items as needed for repair, under the direction of the General Manager.
- Complete repairs listed on work orders and maintain work orders as a record of work completed.
- Track and record repairs / Complete Maintenance Request Forms
- Complete Preventive Maintenance program on a timely basis / Respond to maintenance emergencies timely
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- 1 year of Maintenance experience required
- Weekend Availability
