JOB SUMMARY: 

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for a combination of strategic, creative and executional support for a variety of integrated marketing and activities. This position creates, implements and oversees marketing communications plans and programs that are brand and community-building. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing and managing at least two direct reports, this role is integral to the Gaia Herbs consumer-facing brand voice and visual identity. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage coordination of all media and creative strategies to build brand loyalty and maximize ROI of campaigns.

- Manage development and execution of marketing communications strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media, digital media, shopper marketing, sponsorships, etc.

-Lead development of Social Media strategy, creating a measurable plan, building advocates within the Gaia Herbs social community, testing new platforms and tools.

- Manage all aspects of activation and amplification of marketing programs including managing agency/client partners, liaising with creative and relevant teams on production and delivery, managing timelines, creating briefing materials, overseeing campaign launch, and collaborating with data teams on reporting.

- Support creative brief process, assets, create partnerships and encourage cross-pollination between stakeholders, campaigns, agencies, etc.

- Work with team to develop and lead content creation for digital assets from social media, web design, and CRM solutions.

- Partner with internal creative teams to develop assets for deliverables list.

- Work with internal Innovation, Product, D2C team and sales to plan, develop and execute campaigns.

- Identify and suggest process improvements that will further streamline internal operations to improve ability to meet deadlines and provide superior client service.

- Maintain integrated marketing calendar for events, advertising and promo opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Ensure communication of production and approval timelines to all internal and external teams.

- Create and distribute post-campaign recaps with quantitative results, in partnership with our internal insights team.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related field. 

3-5 years of experience managing integrated marketing teams, creative processes, brand work, public relations, media, content marketing, etc.

CPG experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven track record of delivering objective and actionable business recommendations, influencing decisions, and impacting results.

Experience managing teams, both internal and external agency partners.

Track record of team leadership including, giving and receiving feedback, and supporting team development.

Strong cross-functional approach with ability to deliver results in a highly cross functional environment.

Clear communications across mediums and levels of the organization

Ability to share a compelling story internally and externally.

Able to prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
