POSITION TITLE: Service Coordinator
TEAM: Customer Care & Digital Operations
REPORTS TO: Field Service Manager
POSITION INTERFACE: All Gable Teams and Clients
FLSA Classification: Hourly, Non – Exempt
OBJECTIVE
Under the direct supervision of the Field Service Manager, this position will provide coordination of service between our clients and outsourced vendors. The Coordinator will be responsible for all front-end communications, troubleshooting and identifying of service-related issues, recording data, generating all service tickets, determining warranty and billable service orders, pre-invoicing and administrative support services.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
· Receive incoming service maintenance calls.
· Schedule and coordinate service calls based on regions and importance.
· Provide customers with minor technical feedback regarding service calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Schedule, track, and report current service schedules within the ERP system.
· To generate quotes, estimates, and invoices within the ERP system.
· Manage and deploy multiple service teams.
· To work in tandem with the Field Service Manager for any extra ordinary equipment or manpower needs.
· Collects and verifies all completed tracking logs are returned and filled out.
· Develop Standard Operating Procedures to simplify service scheduling and service recording.

The team member may also be required to lift and/or move items.

While performing the duties of this job team member is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The noise level in the environment is moderate. Occasionally job site noise will be very loud and protective ear covers may be needed. Periodic exposure to factory environment and condition such as fumes, dust and mist.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Candidates must also meet the requirements for an I-9, e-Verify.
