TITLE: Software QA Engineer POSITION SUMMARY: The QA Engineer will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identify quality problems. The QA Engineer works closely with Software Development to enhance and improve programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create automated tests to identify software problems Create process for functional, regression, and load testing Analyze bugs and errors found during tests Document results of tests for the software development team Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance Works together with software developer to enhance and improve programs Research and compare similar competitor products Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
