TITLE: Customer Service Team Lead POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for ensuring all Customer Service Representative are trained and providing the best possible service to our customers. This position is responsible for all the day-to-day operational functions of the department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department: Establish and lead the day-to-day work activities of department team members Train and mentor team members Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement using developed expectations on a regular basis Provide documentation for all performance feedback Oversee time keeping in system Staffing – scheduling, hiring, discipline, termination Take inbound payments Assist customers with general questions Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
