- $787.50/Week (The Guest Service Representative position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 17 and 24)
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (with a 1 hour lunch)

- Welcome Guests & Schedule Appointments (on phone and in person)
- Maintaining appearance of lobby
- Support teammates in all aspects of Customer Service
- Variety of Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements of the Customer Service Associate position:
- Computer/Typing Abilities
- Polished telephone and email abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Hard Working, High Energy, Friendly
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
- Complete tasks with efficiently and accurately
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
