Vizance is looking for an experienced Individual Health Advisor to join our team in either Hartland or Milwaukee!

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE

• Meet with clients in-person and virtually
• Maintain and grow your book of business
• Align clients with the right insurer while providing a consultative approach
• Develop a strong knowledge of our resources and services
• Assist clients during our busy renewal season

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE

• 5 years of insurance experience
• Life and Health insurance license
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivationand a growth-oriented mindset
• Desire to create and nurture relationships with clients
• A proven track record of closing sales (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
