Future Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support candidate.
Location: Dover, DE
Clearance: Must have an a secret clearance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Gather user requirements- Desktop support- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Edge and Google Chrome- Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues- Troubleshoot connectivity issues- Maintain and changing printer toner- Setup and unlock user account on FTI GOTS system- Assist in System inventory (PC, Printer, laptop)
Required Education and Experience:
- BS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science / BioInformatics or related and two years
- CompTIA Security ce certification
