Fusion Health is seeking a bright, motivated, and outgoing Product Manager to join our Engineering team at our Woodbridge, NJoffice location! This candidate will participate in dynamic and challenging projects to add to and improve our line of health information technology products, specifically our Pharmacy Management Solutions. We are looking for an ambitious team player who is target driven and passionate about achieving results.

Position Description & Responsibilities:

TheEngineering team is vital to our organization’s mission and growth. This role will provide assistance with a multitude of projects that will enhance the Engineering team’s success, such as:

  • Translating business strategy into product strategy
  • Developing a vision and roadmap for new and existing products based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research, and their own industry insight.
  • Prioritizing product features and communicating the reason behind this to the stakeholders
  • Defining, tracking, and analyzing success metrics
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
  • Working closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with the vision and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.
  • Identifying the key benefits and value of products
  • Supporting the development team with any questions they may have 
  • Providing insight to stakeholders on the product and market
  • Writing the business case for investments and gaining internal approval
  • Working with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships
  • Being the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology, and the competition.
  • Performing product demos to customers and developing relationships with key clients (if B2B)
  • Managing the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Defining the evolution of a product and how its new and existing features will integrate over time
  • Collaborating with other product managers to determine interoperability and consistency between products, as well as the overall direction of Fusion software
  • Understanding how industry and legal certifications apply to the products

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience with aligned clients, products, and services
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software-based products
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • A natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
  • Team player who collaborates well with others

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Product management experience in a similar organization
  • Knowledge of modern web application architecture and APIs
  • CSPO or other product-related certification
  • Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian products)
  • Experience with EHR software solutions (don't sweat this one)

Additional Details:

  • This is a hybrid on-site, full-time, salaried position at our Woodbridge, NJ office location. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
