Fusion BPO Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our Healthcare accounts.
The customer service representative will provide live support to cardholders to answer questions and provide needed services answering cardholder customer service inquiries on their payment card and benefit accounts. These inquiries will include but not be limited to transaction history, card status, balance inquiries, etc. The customer service representative will take appropriate actions on accounts to assist cardholders.
