- Fusion BPO Services is seeking Full Time Mobility Support Representatives
- Customer Service Agents to support Business Mobility Customers
- $800.00 sign on Bonus Breakdown
After first 30 days $100
After 60 days $ 150
After 90 days $150
after 120 Days $400
*Must work a min of 160 hrs each month to receive day 90 and day 120 of sign on Bonus

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Comfortable using MS Office and Windows‐based applications
- Previous experience in Customer Care and Sales
- Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Must possess strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group
- Ability to interact with all customers
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Strong date entry skills must type at least 35 wpm
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- able to work schedule provided
- Commit to a 4 week paid training program that starts on December 5th.
