Assistant Director
Funtastic Daycare Center is a nonprofit, community-based organization that provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Funtastic Daycare Center is a residential program for adults and a day treatment program for adolescents. Funtastic Daycare Center also operates a transitional housing program for families with children ages 0–9.
Job Description:
The Assistant Director will assist the Director in the daily operations of the agency. The Assistant Director will work with the Director to develop and implement a plan of operations to ensure the best possible program for the residents, staff, and families. The Assistant Director will also assist in recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and termination of staff members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing an effective plan of operations for the agency.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and termination of staff members.
- Assist in development of an effective schedule for staff members.
- Assist in scheduling for staff members.
- Assist in preparation of reports for director's review.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.
- Attend all required meetings and participate in special projects as assigned by the Director.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director.

Pay: $37,563.60 - $47,216.38 per year
