Fund&Grow is Hiring an Information Technology Manager Near Spring Hill, FL

We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our growing team in Spring Hill, FL.

The Information Technology Director executes and manages the hardware, software, service delivery and personnel operations of the IT department and ensures alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The IT Director will plan, recommend, coordinate, direct, and design all activities of the IT department, as well as provide direction and support for all IT solutions.

This position will work closely with the business divisions to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all technology operations (e.g network operations, security, etc.) and evaluate them according to established goals
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective hardware and software
  • Analyze business needs and coordinate active development of custom CRM system and website
  • Inspect the use of hardware and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Identify the need for upgrades, reconfigurations or new systems and report to upper management
  • Coordinate and supervise IT staff and vendors
  • Evaluate IT operations regarding established goals
  • Communicate within IT team and across departments as needed
  • Prepare progress and budget reports for upper management
  • Control budgets and report on expenditures
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent highly desired
  • Minimum of eight (6) years of broad experience in Information Technology, including PC, networks, reporting, security, hardware, and software
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience overseeing IT teams and projects
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus (must be willing to obtain if not currently completed)
  • Prior finance industry relating to PCI compliance scanning experience in a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sharepoint, Windows servers, SOHO security devices, AWS hosting environment
  • Microsoft Intune, VoIp and Linux experience (specifically Ubuntu) is a plus
  • Experience with Home Automation using RTI, Sonos, OVRC, and Unifi is a plus
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Experience in controlling information technology budgets, creating IT processes, and IT policies
  • Experience managing IT projects (specifically software/systems development), including business analysis, requirements-gathering and vendor management highly desired
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Requires static strength to lift, push, pull, or, on occasion, carry objects with a minimum weight of 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Some tasks involve repetitive motion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
