SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fielding incoming calls and emails, processing of orders, receiving, shipments and aiding in the continuous growth of the Company. This is NOT an office job strictly. The person will be in the warehouse looking at material, helping to unwrap coils and anything else that is needed. The Customer Service Representative's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk with alternate standing. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a dry, sometimes dusty environment . The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
