We are looking for will-driven and dedicated Associate Recruiter who will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruiter will assist with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Accountable in administrating test and assessments.
• Assists applicants in taking exams.
• Conduct phone screen and remote interviews with applicants.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Endorses successful applicants to the next stage accordingly and actively engage the candidates to be online and prompt for the next assessments.
• Completes administrative work at the end of shift. Update all trackers including applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, preferably handled call center vacancies.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point, Etc.) Experience with HR/Recruitment systems is an advantage.
• Candidate should demonstrate keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate integrity, passion and flexibility towards continual improvement and dynamic changes present in the workplace.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
