We are hiring a Material Handler-2nd shift. The Material Handler will be responsible for pulling and staging materials for manufacturing. Hours 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm.

Responsibilities: 

• Pulls, weighs and stages materials for production
• Moves material from Quarantine to available location both physically and electronically with the use of a bar code scanner
• Handles movement of FG from production to shipping warehouse
• Print pick list and reviews/informs discrepancies to materials lead
• Cross trains in all Materials Department Tasks (receiving/picking/RM release)
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead

 Experience/Education: 

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years of successful material handling experience. Experience in biotechnical industry preferred. cGMP environment a plus
• Solid experience in managing multiple priorities in a mission critical warehouse environment
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic Math Skills
• Forklift Experience
• Must be familiar with weight conversions including kilograms to grams and milliliters to liters
